Accounts and business listings

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your Google account secure. Business members must be authorised representatives and supply accurate organic claims, public contact details and images they have the right to publish. You permit us to display this content to operate the directory. Approval is discretionary and is not a certification or guarantee.

Reviews

Review only places you have visited. One review per account per business; you can update your experience. Do not post paid, fabricated, discriminatory, defamatory or promotional reviews, private personal information, or reviews of your own business. Google sign-in identifies an account but does not prove a visit. Public counts include published reviews on available businesses.

Moderation and advertising

We may request evidence, hide content or suspend accounts for inaccurate claims, abuse or breaches of these terms. Contact us to appeal. Featured placements and adverts are labelled and require separate agreement on price and duration; no payment contract is formed simply by submitting a request.

Using the directory

Confirm opening times, availability and organic scope with the business before travelling or buying. We do not sell the listed businesses’ goods or guarantee their services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
